I Want to Cancel My Order

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it is assigned to a pro writer, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
  • If you cancel an order that the writer has already confirmed, the refund amount will be granted depending on the work done by the author. This ensures that the author is compensated for the work completed.
  • You cannot receive a refund if the order has been completed and submitted. However, you can request a refund if you have genuine quality issues.
  • If a cancellation must be made due to unavoidable circumstances, we will consider a refund after our specialists review it. If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact our support team via messages or email from your dashboard. This will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

I Paid For One Order Twice

  • If you make a duplicate payment for an order, you should contact us immediately and provide proof so we can refund the additional amount.

I Accidentally Placed Two Identical Orders 

  • If you pay for two identical orders, you should contact us immediately before both orders are assigned to our essaypro writers. It is your responsibility to cancel any order deemed unnecessary.
  • Otherwise, all orders will be considered regular, and standard refund terms will apply.

No Writer Was Found To Work On An Order

  • We have the manpower necessary to process all orders. However, in rare cases, our writers may not be able to process your order, so we are entitled to issue a refund.

My Paper Was Late

  • We will not be able to issue a refund in the event of a delay due to your inability to provide all required materials on time.
  • If orders are delivered late, you may request a recalculation based on the delayed time. However, please note that we have a strict no-late policy toward our writers.

The Revision of My Paper Was Late

  • Refunds for delay and recalculation of the price do not apply to revisions, as the deadlines are set differently for each order. You are obliged to choose the deadlines for your orders, considering any revisions.

I Received my Completed Paper But Forgot to Approve It

  • You have a maximum of 14 days to approve the completed paper. If you do not request a revision or a refund within this period, the system will automatically approve the work, and no refund will be possible.
